Operation energy consumption analysis and optimization suggestions on green public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone

In order to acquaint the resource consumption level and energy efficiency of green public buildings, selects thirty-five operating public buildings with green building logo in hot summer and cold winter zone. Obtains the operating data of the buildings through the data research, on-site verification and other ways, quantitatively analyses the resource consumption data and the related factors during the operation of green buildings, and compares with the relevant standards and statistical data. The analysis results of the sampling projects indicate that, compared with the general public buildings, the operating green public buildings have obvious energy saving advantages and better water saving effect. The energy consumption of green public buildings has less relationship with the level of green star and negative correlation with the reasonable increment cost, but closely related to the renewable energy utilization, the air conditioning forms and the operational management level. High operating load, low equipment operating efficiency, and mismatching between load and equipment in green public buildings will increase their energy consumption level. On this basis, puts forward the measures and suggestions to reduce resource consumption and improve energy efficiency of green public buildings.
